LAST RECORDED CASE STATUS — OCTOBER 18, 2026 SNAPSHOT CaseStatus.html lists the status evidence in the existing database. It does not verify current agency or court status. No live case-status system was obtained. Default view: cases whose latest detailed source is dated in 2026 and records either continued/future follow-up or a directed demolition/bidding step. Both categories are historical action descriptions, not certified open-case flags. Use All collected years to see older unresolved source records separately. Files: recent_pending_cases_2026.csv: the default recent last-recorded-pending list. pending_cases_last_recorded.csv: same action categories across all collected years. case_status_snapshot.csv / .json: every classified structural hearing case. SQLite: case_status_snapshot table; one row per CE case number. METHOD Find the maximum archive meeting date among detailed hearing packets for each CE case number. Combine all order pages and document copies for that case/date. Use the extracted Hearing Officer action, retaining the passage and source links. Repeated pages are not additional cases. Sources with no case number, agenda-only entries, procurement records and weed/trash appeals are outside this status table. The source date is the archive date; a later report may be appended inside it. Categories: - Pending follow-up in latest record: continued/returned/under-advisement language. - Demolition/bids directed: future bidding/demolition step directed in the action. - Referred to court: administrative referral recorded; court outcome unknown. - Released to voluntary compliance: separate from an unconditional release. - Release/dismissal recorded: explicit release/dismissal/termination language; not an independently verified current case closure. - Order affirmed: no subsequent disposition established; not automatically open. - Mixed order actions: release plus affirmation without a clear overall outcome. - Status not established: no usable explicit action extracted from the latest record. If release and follow-up appear together, retain pending status with a warning about partial or mixed actions. Inspection, civil penalties and different orders in one case can have different outcomes. The full source passage controls. Upcoming dates are explicit month/day/year dates named in the action, later than the source meeting and on/after October 18, 2026. They may be hearing dates, deadlines or another event. No date is guessed. Blank does not mean no next hearing. LIMITATIONS Later hearings, releases, completed demolitions or court outcomes can be missing. The 2015 archive is partial; the collected 2022 hearing series has agendas but no minutes; other detailed packet gaps also exist. Do not describe older pending records as cases still open today. Check the Building Commission/court file for authoritative current status. Read year_coverage.csv for collection gaps.
