Owners appearing in repair and raze cases

Orders dated January 1, 2015–October 18, 2026 in the collected hearing packets. Counts group repeated hearings by CE case number, rather than counting every appearance as a new order.

A source-based pattern report, not a finding of wrongdoing or current ownership. A name in a later hearing packet may identify a purchaser or successor. Names alone cannot establish that two people are the same person. Similar names and joint-owner groups remain separate unless the difference is punctuation, spacing, case, “& / and,” or a standard corporate suffix.

Repair and raze columns overlap: a case can contain both. “Addresses” counts indexed source spellings, not verified parcels. Click a name for properties, case numbers, dates, recorded owners and source passages.

Coverage and counting rules

Only detailed hearing packets with an explicit repair/raze order and a recorded order issue date in the period contribute to the case counts. Agenda-only listings, missing issue dates, and earlier orders are shown separately in the owner details. Procurement notices do not establish an owner’s order history and are excluded.

The collection is incomplete. The 2015 hearing archive is partial, 2022 has agendas without hearing minutes, and other meetings lack detailed packets. An owner absent from this report may still have enforcement cases. These results do not measure the share of an owner’s portfolio affected.

Joint labels such as “Andrei and Tatiana Sharygin” are retained as recorded. Shared-surname individuals are not invented. Explicit separately labelled owners are indexed individually. Affiliated companies are not assumed to share beneficial owners. Flagged possible name matches are research leads and do not contribute to combined counts.
